22 Year Old Part Time Nanny Helped Trash Bank of America Fee Increase

Molly Katchpole, who has just graduated from college, has been the reason for the back down of a $5 dollar increase in a bank fee in the Bank of America. Describing her financial situation as paycheck to paycheck, Molly is working on two part time jobs, one of which includes being a nanny. She has proven that although the best way to resist something that you think is not nice is by getting expert legal personnel such as a Fort Myers criminal lawyer; you could always still do it on your own.

Her financial situation stirred her reaction when the Bank of America has announced that they would start charging $5 dollars for all their debit card users. Katchpole initially disliked the idea so she decided to make a move against it. because, she do not have the financial capability to ask for legal help, like getting a Fort Myers criminal attorney, she decided to make things on her own, by starting an online petition. She put the petition in Change.org an online site where all individuals and even advocacy groups could launch their campaigns regarding any topic.

The online petition that she initiated has been signed by more than 300,000 people, a number that cannot just be easily ignored. After this, on Tuesday, the Bank of America, which is the second largest bank in the nation has decided to back off, and has wrapped up and discarded the plan of adding debit card charges.
After the news that the bank has stopped the plan of asking for debit card users fee, the website where katchpole has poster her petition has posted a short message that announces that they have won the fight, and that the petition that was launched has achieved its goal.

The officers of the Bank have refused to tell whether the petition has been the reason why they have backed off with their plan. They just said that they have decided to pull it out after they have seen that the public does not give a positive reaction with it, as well as the strong competition from other banks, who have also stopped pursuing their plans of adding debit fee charges.

In this case, obviously, the people has been able to fight for their rights and what they think is right, without directly asking legal knowledge from expert personnel like Fort Myers Criminal lawyers. But in other much more serious cases you would surely need help from these expert legal personnel.
